My personal experience with black seed oil:
Black seed oil is simply incredible and highly underutilised by the wider population.
Only now, people are starting to realise how effective it is as black seed oil is becoming more popular world-wide.
However, whilst its reputation is certainly growing, its popularity is still in its infancy.
And that is what we are trying to change.
If you're reading this, you are likely to be either curious or sceptical about black seed oil, so let me quickly tell you about my experience.
When I first considered using black seed oil I was sceptical, to say the least.
But now, after using black seed oil continuously for 3 years, I stand by it wholeheartedly.
I had acne scarring on my back for a long time and it was only black seed oil that made a noticeable improvement.
I was dumbfounded.
All of our lives we've been told that modern medicines are always great solutions to our health problems.
This couldn't be further from the truth.
I can comfortably say that black seed oil has improved my physical and mental health significantly and I have seen it do the same for many other people I have met.
I have also interacted with some of our customers who have contacted me to describe their experiences with BOOST’D Black Seed Oil.
Why should I use black seed oil?
There are so many scientifically proven benefits to using black seed oil so I have explained a few of them below for you to gain a better understanding on this incredible oil.
1. Enhance the digestive system
Mucilage, also known as the substance that aids in digestion, calms ulcerative colitis, and lessens intestinal bloating, is abundant in black seed oil seeds. Additionally, mucilage helps alleviate constipation brought on by irritable bowel syndrome. Colitis and stomach ache are two additional benefits.
3. Reduce heart disease
Due to their antioxidant properties, black seeds help decrease cholesterol and blood pressure. It also aids in preventing atherosclerosis, congestive heart failure, high triglycerides, and high blood fat levels. The main cause of heart attacks, blood clots, can be avoided by using this oil. Additionally, it thins the blood, which is important to either treat or prevent harmful clots.
2. Relieve arthritis pain
Gout and rheumatoid arthritis-related stiffness, pain and joint swelling can be lessened thanks to the analgesic and anti-inflammatory characteristics of black seed oil. Inflammations of the joints, such as bursitis, tendinitis, and osteoarthritis, are also helped by it.
4. Control diabetes:
As a result of their ability to regulate blood glucose levels and their ability to decrease insulin resistance, black seeds are highly advised for those with type 2 diabetes. Magnesium is a mineral that can help lower cholesterol, blood pressure, and the risk of heart disease. It can also help lower blood pressure.
5. Assist with breathing problems
Black seeds are an effective alternative for treating colds and the flu (influenza) because they can combat bacterial infections in the lungs. Asthma, bronchitis, and even tuberculosis can all be treated by inhaling its steam.
With its powerful antibacterial and antifungal qualities, black seed oil helps to treat respiratory tract infections such as pneumonia, coughs, nasal congestion, laryngitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
6. Control depression:
There is currently a lot of evidence, according to scientists, that black seed oil has mild antidepressant effects. It boosts the brain's ability to generate neurotransmitters, such as serotonin, dopamine, and noradrenaline. To effectively treat disorders like depression and panic attacks, they play a crucial role in regulating mood, sleeping patterns, anxiety level, aggression level, appetite level, etc.
7. Cancer treatment
Black seed oil has an anticancer effect on the body, offering relief from tumours in different body areas, prostate cancer, lung carcinoma, and breast cancer. Additionally, pancreatic and leukaemia are helped by it. These characteristics of black seed oil are brought on by its thymoquinone content.
8. Enhance blood quality:
By raising the body's haemoglobin levels and lowering red blood cells, the iron found in the seeds aids in the treatment of anaemia. It can also treat conditions like chronic fatigue, weakness, vertigo, and hair loss.
9. Improve your skin:
Due to the presence of antioxidants, black seed oil has anti-ageing benefits. It can naturally diminish age spots brought on by the sun and get rid of dark areas beneath your eyes. Its anti-oxidant qualities also benefit the health of your skin, preventing disorders like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and others brought on by free radicals in the body.
10. Treat diabetes
Due to their insulin-like impact on the pancreas gland, the seeds can regulate blood glucose levels. The risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol will be decreased as a result.
11. Improve hair health
Black seed oil is easily one of the best ingredients for naturally improving the overall health of your hair but why is that?
The reason is, black seed oil has antiantibacterial, antifungal anti-inflammatory properties which protect the hair and scalp while also maintaining the moisture within the hair.
12. Improve Sleep/Insomnia
Black seed oil has been used for centuries as a natural sleep remedy. Research has proven that black seed oil can significantly improve the quality of sleep by eliminating sleep disturbances. It's recommended that people with insomnia mix one spoon of black seed oil and one spoon of honey in some warm milk before bed around an hour before going to sleep.
How do I use black seed oil?
Black seed oil can be applied topically or consumed straight from the bottle. However, due to our BOOST’D Black Seed Oil being so potent, it has a very strong, and almost burning-like taste which is why most people who buy our black seed oil mix it with something else to weaken the taste but still gain from the various health benefits.
I would personally recommend drinking black seed oil straight from the bottle as I quite enjoy the taste (but I can admit I am in the minority).
