How Do I Use It?

FOOD SUPPLEMENT - should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and exercise. Do not exceed daily dosage.

You can drink black seed oil and apply it directly to your skin.

We suggest to drink just a half a teaspoon up to 2 teaspoons of black seed oil every day.

Ideally, every morning on an empty stomach and then, gradually work your way up to the 2nd dosage in the evening.

The second teaspoon should be consumed in the evening.

(If you are new to black seed oil, we advise you drink just half a teaspoon to begin with and then gradually increase your intake)

You can also mix black seed oil with other foods as the taste is quite strong, some people prefer this.

Each 5ml teaspoon provides approximately:

Linoleic acid (Omega 6): 2450mg

Oleic acid (Omega 9): 1040mg

What Can I Mix The Oil With?

If you're new to our black seed oil, we recommend that you try mixing the oil with honey or stirring a teaspoon of the oil into a glass of water.

If you'd rather not do this, don't worry :)

You can also mix your desired dosage of black seed oil into foods!

Many of our customers do this especially when they are new to black seed oil.

Storage

For optimal storage, keep the black seed oil in a dry and cool environment and out of direct sunlight.

The general best before time is 2 years.

Refrigeration may extend this time further.

Shipping

This product may be delivered separately if ordered with other products as it is stored in a separate warehouse to preserve quality. This shouldn’t effect the delivery date of your ordered products, this simply means that this product may arrive at a different time.
